I´ve been doing a lot of sports since I was a child. Played Ice hockey, horse riding and dancing, but needet a sport that demandet more from me.
I startet fitness at 16 year old and I loved it! I only train with dumb-bells and machines. No aerobics or something like that. I train 4 - 5 days a week. Before competition 5 days. I love to be in good shape...

Before I took part in Fitness and Figure competitions I was modelling up till 2001. I won a few Beauty contest, among the rest, the Princess of germany title. It was my last title and I finished "non sport" modelling with it.
Now I am a Figure competitor and Fitness model.
